I don’t want to pursue a drug based treatment for my son who has ADHD. Id like a supplement based treatment but obviously, the doctors don’t agree with it. If the supplement based treatment does not world then Ill switch to a drug based treatment. Can anyone redirect me to research about supplements that help adhd?

I think itll be best to pursue a drug and supplement based approach. Both drugs and supplements are known to work well for ADHD, so a combination of both should work best. As for the supplements, you can try antioxidant based supplements. Studies have shown that antioxidants are good for fat building and that helps because the brain is made mainly of fat. My tried and tested antioxidant is OPC www.vitaminexpress.org/uk/opc-vital-opc-capsules. Ive noticed a difference in the way my body feels when I stop taking OPC.
